Pelvic Floor Strengthening (Pelvic Chair)

Pelvic Floor Strengthening using a Pelvic Chair is a non-invasive therapy that uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to stimulate and strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor. Patients simply sit fully clothed on a specially designed chair (often referred to as an "EMSELLA chair"), which delivers thousands of supramaximal muscle contractions in a single session—similar to doing thousands of Kegel exercises.

Benefits of Pelvic Floor Chair Therapy:

  • Strengthens pelvic floor muscles to support bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs
  • Helps reduce urinary incontinence and accidental leakage
  • Improves core stability and intimate wellness
  • Comfortable, painless, and requires no downtime

This therapy is ideal for women after childbirth, during menopause, or anyone experiencing weakened pelvic muscles, offering an effective way to restore pelvic health and quality of life.
